Leica Geosystems Assists Non-profit Academic and Research Organization with the Latest GNSS Technology

The ATHENA Programme 2014 bundles include the latest future proof Leica GR10/GR25 reference station servers and Leica GM10 and GMX902 GNSS monitoring receivers at specially discounted prices. In addition, the innovative Leica AR20 choke ring antenna as well as the Leica AR10 compact geodetic antenna are also offered.

The latest in integrated communication and future proof technology

The GNSS Reference Station bundles now include fully internet-enabled Leica GR10 and Leica GR25 WLAN multi-frequency GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou & QZSS) capable systems with up to 50Hz data rates. Both GNSS reference servers offer streamlined workflow and advanced data management . Additional interface ports also allow connecting to meteorological, tilt and other external devices. The rugged design and  low power consumption make them ideal for education, science and research. The optional Site Monitor is the most versatile of its kind for a variety of real-time position monitoring applications.

The GNSS Monitoring bundles include the Leica GM10 GNSS Monitoring Sensor with an integrated communication solution and on-board tools for a broad range of monitoring applications as well as the GMX902 GNSS multi-frequency receivers. Additionally, the Leica GMX901plus, a compact precise and robust receiver with integrated antenna, especially designed for monitoring applications with multiple upgrade options has also been added.

Both ATHENA bundles are complemented with a choice of either the future proof AR10 GNSS reference station antenna and integrated radome; the Leica AR20 with the most innovative high-end standard choke ring with unmatched multipath rejection, excellent phase centre characteristics and very low noise signal tracking, making it ideal for geodetic research as well as RTK networks or the  Leica AR25 3D choke ring that sets new standards in low elevation tracking. 
Also available is a bundle with Leica Nivel210 two-axis high precision inclination sensor.

The ATHENA bundles include all basic accessories such as power supplies, data cables and memory cards to make it easier to get started.
