Minister for Land Information (New Zealand) to Present at Locate14 Conference in Canberra

Locate14 Conference and Exhibition combines three previous national events – the spatial@gov Conference, the Surveying & Spatial Sciences Conference (SSSC) and the Asia-Pacific Spatial Excellence Awards (APSEA) combining to form a single premier Australian and New Zealand industry event.

Hon Maurice Williamson, Minister for Land Information (NZ)

Minister Williamson has been MP for Pakuranga since 1987. He is a former Minister of Research, Science & Technology, Communications, Statistics, Information Technology, Transport, Local Government and Broadcasting. He is a member of the Pakuranga Rotary Club and a member of the International Federation of Operations Research Societies (IFORS).  He was Auckland Toastmasters Club Communicator of the Year in 1993 and appointed a Fellow of the NZ Computer Society in 1995.
