Municipality of Yarinacocha, Peru Used SuperGIS Desktop for Greater Cadastre Management

GIS technology helps the department of lands efficiently query cadastral maps and property information, edit and overlay layers, perform analysis, as well as producing reliable statistics for creating and providing the public with useful value-added services using integrated GIS resources.   

Featuring the enhanced editing functions, advanced analysis tools, Georeferencing tool, OGC Add-on, and newly-added Land Parcel Editor, the desktop GIS software enables the cadastral staff to overlay and display graphics, maintain consistency of the data, and therefore offer more detailed cadastre and land information to support effective decision-making.
