National University of Malaysia Increases Survey Capabilities with Android-powered SuperSurv 3.1a

Established in 1970, National University of Malaysia (UKM) is one of the famous public universities in Bangi Selangor with 13 faculties such as Economic and Management, Information Science and Technology, Law, Social Science and Humanities, etc. As a premier institution for learning and research, UKM keeps offering improved high technology laboratories to encourage continuous educational innovations.

SuperSurv 3.1a, the latest Android-powered mobile GIS software, allows the faculty to efficiently capture and update massive amount of field data and display maps to obtain reliable geospatial information for producing greater research results. Also, Online Map Tool in SuperSurv 3.1a helps apply open map sources like OpenStreetMap as basemaps during surveys without preparing pregenerated maps in advance.  

Supergeo will exhibit at the XXV FIG International Congress in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in June 2014.
