Versadrones and Coastway Ltd. Partner

Versadrones, who are based in Skibbereen, Co Cork and the UK, specialise in building custom-made multi-rotor helicopters with high definition cameras. The Versadrones range of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) captures high quality aerial video and photography and can be used for a wide range of applications including property, forestry, utilities, wind farms, sporting events, TV news and film and many other applications. The Versadrones range is computer controlled devices with the capability of making manual and autonomous flight missions.

“We are delighted to partner with Versadrones. Their multi-rotor helicopter range offers an ideal UAV solution for detailed inspections or aerial surveys of hard to reach areas such as power lines, bridges, rail tracks and pipelines,” said Mark Hudson Coastway Director.

“We are seeing a strong demand for our aerial surveys and inspection service and by partnering with Versadrones, we can now offer our clients both fixed-wing aerial surveys for the mapping of large areas and, using the Versadrones product range, multi-rotor aerial surveys for the inspection of land or property,” adds Mark Hudson.

From both survey types, Coastway is able to produce a wide range of high quality deliverables for our clients including aerial photography and videography, 2D mapping, 3D mapping and 3D models that can be used for engineering, planning or promotional purposes.
