Turkish University Chooses Spectra Precision GNSS Receivers and Total Stations

 

The Epoch 50 GNSS receiver, with its 220 channels, uses the full spectrum of GPS and GLONASS signals for outstanding satellite coverage and precise positioning, and each unit can be used as either a base station or rover.  The Focus 8 total station with its rugged build, high quality optics, reflectorless technology, and Windows CE operating system has a large display to make data management simple.  Importantly, the both the GNSS and total stations use the same software for the easy integration.

 

Hittite University worked with The Geomatics Group, Spectra Precision’s dealer in the region.  Headquartered in Ankara, the Geomatics Group, is a 15-year-old  engineering firm, software and middleware develop responsible for many GIS and GPS/GNSS technology-based projects in the region.
