Kuwait University Selected SuperGIS for Community Services and Continuing Education

Established in 1966, Kuwait University posses 16 colleges such as Law, Science, Art, Education, Engineering and Medicine, etc. Being the only national university, Kuwait University strives to construct a new University City that aims to offer a modern campus with state-of-the-art hardware and software equipment for facilitating E-learning system to educators and students of Kuwait University.

Taking the advantage of powerful GIS functionality offered by SuperGIS Desktop 3.1, Kuwait University employs the GIS software to integrate massive spatial data, manage the communal resource, and obtain the spatial analyses that can be applied to improve community services and continuing education, facilitating the sustainable development of communities in Kuwait.

Serving as the SuperGeo’s excusive reseller in Kuwait, International Integrated Environmental Services Ltd. (IIES) has successfully marketed SuperGIS software and services to local governmental and educational institutions. SuperGeo will continually enhance the partnership with IIES to cooperatively discover new business opportunities in the Middle Eastern market.
