The mapping project compiles a great deal of information that has already been collected, with detailed analysis to give the broader picture of road intersections, road lighting, and other safety factors such as bumps and potholes, utilities and visibility issues.

Road safety is furthered with maps that can be shared in order to understand accountability and to take action. Future efforts may include an online map with real-time safety details and up-to-date incident reports.
