The detailed models were used to let the public understand the project scope, and to solicit input early on in the project. The addition of animations helped to eplain the project’s evolution, and to secure approval from stakeholders.

The detailed models were created using Autodesk’s 3ds Max Design and Adobe After Effects, along with AutoCAD. The photorealistic and animated views show the benefits and visual impacts of a new 16-lane highway and dedicated metro line. The animation also depicts the construction of an elevated walkway that connects all the office buildings with a central shopping area.
