Asia Pacific Countries Discuss Earth Observation for Climate Change

Malaysia's National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN) is hosting a symposium in Bali this week to discuss the issue of climate change in the context of the Global Earth Observation System of Systems (GEOSS). Representatives from 26 Asian countries are meeting at the symposium, with recommendations from this group to be presented at the GEO ministerial meeting in Beijing, China in November.
